I'm not a huge fan of Pikachu – I think he's a little overrated but I saw this pattern and thought it was a cute one.
I ended up having so many problems with this project though. First I wasn't sure of the colours so I ended up changing them about 3 times. Then when it came to the ironing, I had to do it about 6 times before I was able to take it off the peg board because some of the yellow beads just would not melt. My paper must have crumpled or something while ironing too because there are creases >.< And finally this was also my first time using the metallic colour beads and I think they came out horrible – they haven't all melted to the same colour and I think it totally ruins the whole piece.
All that ironing I had to do seems to have made the while thing look like its melting in weird areas :/
Overall it's a shame because I really liked the pattern... I probably should have just attempted it as a cross stitch instead.
